Head coach Kris Vansnick and the Yellow Tigers took ample time to address the press this afternoon. A press moment took place at the media day in Vilvoorde, as well as a photo and video shoot with the players and staff members.

"The focus remains on the continuity and sporting goals of this the project with the Yellow Tigers. The team objective remains to perform at the European Championships at home and carry that level of form through to the OKT. And I see at training a very, but very driven group working very hard to achieve that goal." said Vansnick.

With the European Championships and the Olympic Qualifying Tournament, there is one hell of a period ahead for the Yellow Tigers. Vansnick is clear about that: "We look at the European Championship and OKT as one big thing. Performing well at the EC will earn points for the ranking. Just as it does at the OKT. We can't put a result target on it now. Every match counts and that is how we will start every match."
