Today starts the two European Championship qualifying rounds. The U20 girls work this one out in Serbia, while the U20 boys stay in Austria. Both arrived in their playing cities yesterday after a long journey. They worked out their first training in the playing hall.

For the U20 boys, team manager Frank Van Roost made the following report:

Our U20 boys are battling for an EC ticket in a three-day event starting Thursday. Up early, little eyes, stopover in Vienna and then a propeller flight to Graz. Around 1pm the 10-hour journey was over, the hotel in the quaint town of Hartberg shining in the sun under a large magnolia. On their way to lunch at a local restaurant, our young Dragons got a nice view of the town square and its pretty church. In the evening, they found their way to the Stadtwerke-Hartberg-Halle for another solid training session.
