Never have the Yellow Tigers achieved a higher position in the world ranking than today (11th)

The "Women Empowerment Programme" will be presented to the audience in attendance.

The "W.E.P." aims to encourage more young and not so young ladies to take up leading roles in Volleysport as referees, coaches or club administrators over the next 2 years.

The inclusion programme is radically supported by "Sport Vlaanderen".

Apart from the working group, a number of ambassadors will be introduced to help support the programme.

Karen Northshield will put her experiences at the service of the programme to inspire and motivate the participants of the "Women Empowerment Programme".

Ms Northshield is a former elite sportswoman who has demonstrated extreme resilience thanks to her drive and attitude.

On top of that, Karen Northshield will provide the 1st serve of the Men's Final at 14.15.

Birgit Hubloux, entrepreneur and founder of the communications agency Oona.agency, is putting her shoulders to the wheel along with former Judoka and medal winner (Atlanta 96) Marie-Isabelle Lomba and Olympic champion Tia Hellebaut (Beijing '08).

They will be introduced to the public before the honouring of the cup winners men.
